Coco Moon Hawai‘i

Coco Moon Hawai'i began with the simple idea for a Hawaii-inspired baby blanket. Since then, it has evolved into a beloved baby and children’s clothing brand sold in-stores and online worldwide!

In 2024, Coco Moon Hawai'i came to AMR for help launching an organic TikTok marketing strategy and TikTok Shop. Children’s products are heavily regulated on TikTok Shop, so we quickly got to work getting them the proper approvals and optimizing their Shop presence so that customers could find them on this new sales channel. Our content team built out a comprehensive video strategy designed to contrast their current Instagram content with a more raw, relatable, and approachable style. We created a custom network of user-generated-content (UGC) accounts that fit our target demographic (mamas with young children and new babies who are creating content for other moms!). From there, AMR researched and created content outlines each month, sourcing some videos from our creator network and mixing those with footage captured in-house.

Our strategy also included monthly TikTok Shop campaigns and promotions. We integrated these with the Coco Moon email marketing strategy to help push current customers to make a purchase on TikTok Shop, leave a review and help establish the new commerce channel.

Within the first three months of launching on TikTok Shop, we were able to get the Shop ranked as a verified seller with over 50 purchases and numerous 5-star reviews. We also saw the organic TikTok follower count double and average view per video increased 10X.

ENGAGEMENTS: 16 to 4,674 per month

TIKTOK SHOP TRAFFIC: 0 to 13,312 per month

UNITS SOLD: 0 to 50 per month
