Warrior Queen Project

The Warrior Queen Project is a non-profit organization born from the 2019 film, The Warrior Queen of Jhansi, which tells the true story of Rani Lakshmibai, who fiercely led her army against the British East India Company in 1857.

Today, The Warrior Queen Project is devoted to building a more equitable society by empowering Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) women to unleash the fierce warrior queen within themselves through community, sharing stories of modern-day warrior queens, and providing actionable tools and resources to help them thrive.

AMR began collaborating with the iconic project Founder, Swati Bhise, and her team in October 2022 in order to grow an engaged audience and promote the official Warrior Queen Project Action Kits for AAPI women and allies.

Through strategic social media campaigns, we are passionate about creating educational and insightful content for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn in order to highlight the important work The Warrior Queen Project is doing and to start important conversations about diversity and representation in both American and Indian communities.
