As they began to break ground, Painted Prairie sought us out to create not only an online presence for them, but also a voice, tone, and engaged community across various platforms including consumer-facing content on Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
With a team of world-class builders, a desirable location in Denver Metro, and a focus on outdoor-living, Painted Prairie quickly gained traction both in their physical community, and online community, gaining nearly 10,000 followers in a little over one year, and selling hundreds of homes.
As Painted Prairie begins to transition into Phase 2 of their building process, we have another opportunity to educate their online community about the new and exciting options, what’s changing, and what’s on the horizon. We’ve seen engagement from both current residents, and potential residents by way of increased questions and comments on all platforms.
